Located on bayou-side property that adds Southern grace and charm, CHRISTUS St. Joseph’s Home is situated on the northern bank of Bayou DeSiard, which provides entertainment and relaxation for those interested in observing the natural habitat of waterfowl and widemouth bass.

The campus is beautifully landscaped—nestled on 13 acres of lush grounds—with courtyards, a gazebo, lighted walkways and trails, and picnic areas. Ample parking is available for both residents and visitors. On-site shuttle services transport residents to shopping centers, restaurants, theaters and other activities.

At CHRISTUS St. Joseph’s Home, the residents and staff are like a family. While respecting one another’s privacy, we also enjoy each other’s companionship and support. Our health care professionals and support staff take the time to get to know each resident and have a genuine concern for their well-being.

St. Joseph’s Home is the only nonprofit, religiously sponsored residential and health care center for seniors in Monroe. Owned and managed by CHRISTUS Health, our facility has a long-standing tradition of providing quality, compassion and respect to all those we serve. People of all faiths are welcome.
